No billboard yet?

A wall or a spare corner can carry a screen.

A building facade, vacant land, a car park edge or industrial frontage facing a busy road may suit a new digital billboard.

What makes a good site

If most of these are true, ask us.

  • Faces a highway or busy arterial
  • A long, clear view for approaching drivers
  • A wall, yard or frontage you own
  • Mains power on or near the property
  • No large screen already in that sightline
  • A council that allows third-party signs

Straight answer

A new site is a harder approval than a conversion.

An existing billboard already has an approval behind it. A new one starts from scratch, and needs both your council and Main Roads. We pay for finding out either way.

And because there is no sign earning on your site today, there is no base rent to match while the build is repaid. Your payments start with the 50/50 split.

If your site is not right, we will tell you in the first conversation, not the fourth.
