Landowner proposal

We fund it. You share it.

We pay for the conversion, manage both approvals and carry the risk. You contribute the site and nothing else.

The opportunity

One advertiser becomes ten.

A static face sells to one advertiser at one rate. A digital face sells the same position to ten, and moves with demand.

How it works

Four steps.

  1. We assess your site against Main Roads and council criteria, before either of us commits.
  2. We fund and lodge the application. If it is refused, you owe nothing.
  3. We fund and manage the build.
  4. You are paid today's rent while the build is repaid, then 50/50 for the rest of the term, from month 18 at the latest.

We have done this

Stirling Highway, Nedlands.

A double-sided site we ran for two years. The west-facing face was static when we took it on; we managed the conversion end to end, and the screen carried paying advertisers from its first day.

Straight answers

What has to be true.

Two approvals are needed — Main Roads and your council — and either can stop the project. Some councils prohibit third-party advertising outright, so we check that first.

Every cost of finding out is ours. If it is refused, you owe nothing.
